Our driver was outstanding. He arrived on time, assisted passengers with their luggage and made every effort to see that all were comfort. We had a great trip, wonderful Bus, very comfortable. The Bus Driver, Claude was very professional and very helpful. He had special people's skills giving him the ability to work with a very diverse group with ease and a high comfort level. I'm planning another trip in October and would love the same bus company and driver if possible.

The National Association of Secretaries of State have used transportation provided by America Bus for the past 2 years. For our winter conference in January 2013 we did not do any off-site events that required transportation. I’ve been pleased with your service and plan to use your service in the future for offsite events.

I wanted to let you know that we were extremely pleased with the service of your company. The two drivers who took us up were wonderful. They were courteous, conscientious, and very helpful. We all felt very much cared for by them. When some of our group was late returning to the bus in the evening, the drivers were calm and reassuring to me who was starting to worry.
I normally don't take the time to write such letters but we were so impressed with your drivers that I wanted to let you know. I apologize but I can only remember one driver's name and that is Abbe. He was the driver of the bus I was on. There were both great and I hope they know how much we appreciated their service to us.
We hope there will be another opportunity to use the service of American Transportation. You have great bus service.

I would like to inform you that I was very pleased with my transaction with your company. Thanks to Sandra’s help and patience. The last time we had an event I reserved a 33 pax bus with another company but a 24 pax showed up, and people had to drive. I mentioned that to Sandra and had to call her several times to be assured and every time she was courteous, patient and professional. On the day of the event the bus was there over an hour earlier than we had agreed, the driver was very professional too. Nowadays, it is difficult to find people or company who goes out of their way to satisfy their clients. I am very grateful to them because they were part of the evening’s success.
